Sparkling clean room. Fab location with lovely view from the balcony. Super comfy bed and duvet. Nice breakfast. The best thing about Hotel Present Encore Mieux is the staff. They really do care about their guests and are incredibly kind and super responsive to guests. The nicest staff I've met in all my travels. This is a unique place to stay and I recommend without hesitation.

Surprising modern hotel in the heart of old Arles!

The Hotel Present is located in the old city of Arles, but has a modern, almost art deco interior! Guillaume-the host- is fantastic and knowledgeable about things to do. The hotel is v eco friendly and has a well stocked bar!

A modern, brightly colored & well-located hotel, this place sprang from an older building & stepped into the 21st century with a bang. Warm provencal yellows, oranges & reds exude sunny southern France. Upbeat & friendly hosts add to the charm. Site has bar & summer only restaurant on the ground floor. Perfect location basically right in the center of historic Arles. Staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great with home made granola and jam. Arles is a beautiful city well worth a visit. If you arrive by car, just remember that Wednesday is market day and you shouldn’t park on the lots they use for the market. Oh well…

The only negative was the checking in process. I tried 4-5 times to check in using their system. Finally, a staff person arrived to help (Marie) and we really appreciated her efforts. I showed her what happened so she could see the system in place kept telling me my code was "invalid" and would not let me into the building. Unfortunately it took a great deal of time and effort before Marie was able to get us into our room. I did send feedback about many other places we have stayed throughout Europe and UK where it has worked out better and easier for the building code to be sent to the official email of the guest on the day of arrival. However, after finally getting into our room, we really liked the room, the tiles, the amenities, and the balcony (which we didn't get to enjoy due to lateness with train difficulties). The breakfast and staff person were perfect the next morning. The location is great for us as we arrive by train which is within walking distance and the hotel is in the midst of the main town. Great value for us.

Friendly, clean, prompt reply to all comms, great location, balcony a real asset. Only negative was that it was maybe a little overdesigned - minimalist brown with black bulbs and pink lavatory not really our thing.... Definitely need to include a couple of beers / nuts in the fridge not just wine.
