Vacation home with pool and large garden, 12 km from the center of Arles, in the Bouches-du-Rhône.

Discover this pretty terraced house, air-conditioned, with private garden and terrace, barbecue, communal pool and children's games, on a beautiful plot in the countryside. You have a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the outskirts of the small town of Raphèle-Lès-Arles in Provence, 40 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean.

Arles, at the gates of the Camargue and with its landscapes unique in the world, is a Roman city with an exceptional heritage, built on the banks of the wild Rhône River, with numerous monuments classified by UNESCO. It is very lively here all year round. You may have the opportunity to experience the famous Feria, which takes place in April and September, or watch the release of bulls in the street.

Many festivals and celebrations take place in the surrounding villages, such as Fontvieille (12 km), Les Baux de Provence (20 km), St Remy de Provence (27 km), Nîmes (41.5 km). In Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (46 km), you can enjoy the sea and cross unspoiled landscapes where there are herds of white horses and graceful flamingos. There are very many activities in the area: 4WD safaris, horseback riding, visiting the salt marshes, tasting "sand wines", ponds with exceptional wildlife. Visit the local markets in the area where you can taste the wines of the region, olive oils, spices, fruits, cheeses, chicken, honey, fruits.

Annonce mensonge

Ma première mauvaise surprise sur Abritel. L’annonce de Novasol est complétement fausse et ils ont omis des informations cruciales. Premièrement, il s’agit d’une résidence de vacances avec des dizaines de maisons, ceci est nul part noté dans l’annonce ni montré sur les photos. Nous avons cherché sur Abritel quelque chose de plus privé, ne n’avons pas voulu une piscine avec beaucoup d’autres familles. Mais surtout, notre critère principal était d’avoir deux chambres séparées ! Le titre de l’annonce commence par « deux chambres .. », la description du logement spécifie « deux chambres », il y a même un dessin pour montrer que il y a deux chambres séparées. Mais il y a juste UNE SEULE CHAMBRE ! La deuxième chambre n’existe pas, c’est juste une place avec deux lits simples à côté de la cuisine, séparée par un rideau ! De plus, les photos ont été faites de la manière pour que ceci ne se voit pas. J’ai découvert la même location proposée par d’autre agents, tous les autres montrent les photos et spécifient bien qu’il s'agit d'une chambre seulement. Donc une arnaque volontaire de la part de Novasol ! Nous avons eu « la chance », qu’il y avait un autre logement disponible avec deux chambres, mais nous avons dû payer le propriétaire pour le upgrade ! Je demande Novasol de nous rembourser la différence. Malheureusement, l’arnaque de Novasol ne s’arrête pas là ; ils nous ont envoyé qu’il faut payer 41,41 euros de taxe de séjour. Mais la taxe pour notre séjour s’élève à 14 euros seulement (selon les règles locales, confirmé par le propriétaire) ! J’ai essayé de joindre Novasol par téléphone, sans succès. Le logement que nous avons finalement payé était très bien, la résidence elle-même est sympa. Seulement dommage que le propriétaire est au courant de l’annonce erronée et ne le considère pas comme son problème ☹
