Beautifully furnished 4-bedroom house "Emerald Lakeshore" is your destination for summer fun and off-season relaxation - your new favorite vacation spot! This charming lakefront cottage, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, is the perfect retreat! Situated right at the water's edge, you're just a few short steps away from an expansive double-decker boathouse with more than enough room for sunning & swimming, fishing & floating, and even a boat slip for guests to use. (Kayaks, too!) This desirable property boasts year-round deep water and approximately 170 feet of solid rock shoreline. You will be conveniently located just minutes away from two marinas offering boat and Jet-ski rentals (1.0 and 2.5 miles, by water).

This private property is beautifully landscaped with native plantings in front and back. You will appreciate cooling off and taking in the scenery on the rustic downstairs porch. Additionally, you'll enjoy the main-floor deck for grilling and socializing, or perhaps just quietly unwinding in the lovely screened-in outdoor room by the lake - a naturally serene spot to relax (seasonal).

Emerald Lakeshore features a spacious open floorplan with ample space for everyone. The interior has been tastefully finished & adorned with an upscale traditional decor. The bedrooms are comfortable & roomy - not crowded with beds for maximum occupancy. The fully-stocked kitchen has all the dishes, gadgets, and utensils you'll ever need. The custom-built dining table has seating for eight. And there's a gas grill on the deck for your use to fix a fantastic fire broiled feast.

For your connectivity and entertainment, you will appreciate the convenience of fiber optic internet and free Wi-Fi to support streaming on (6) smart TVs. There's also a JBL bluetooth speaker to play your favorite tunes, and enough parking space to accommodate at least (4) vehicles. So load up. Bring your family. Bring your friends. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
PLEASE REMOVE ALL TRASH from Dock, Deck, & Premises. Failure to do so will result in $100 being withheld from your Security Deposit.
Place Trash in the BLUE DUMPSTER, up the hill and across the street from 190 Co. Rd. 3930, behind the Work Shed. Map & directions are provided for clarity. Thank You !!
Secure all Kayaks & Paddles. Return Lily Pad to Screen House. Set both A/C units to 77 degrees. Lock all doors, and return all Keys to the Lockbox. Then, scramble the code. Thank You !!
