Located on beautiful crystal clear Maple Branch Creek - See pictures of the beautiful putting green overlooking the lake. Bring your putter and enjoy golf at the lake! This gorgeous home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Recently built and located on a beautiful lot in a private cove with an incredible view of the open water! It's a great fishing area, and a beautiful place to kayak or paddle board. The house sleeps 12 people in beds comfortably with a 14 person maximum occupancy. Dining room table seats 8 and there is even more seating outdoors with the view of the lake.
Game table with bumper pool and ping pong table for inside entertainment. This house will become your favorite place to be on the lake!
Boat slip is not available for the renter's use. Plenty of room to tie up to the dock with bumpers. Approximately 20 steps to the dock. No power at the dock.

Our whole family loved staying at Maple Branch. The location, both land and water were awesome. Only downside was no covered boat slip for our boat. But we were aware of this when we reserved the location. Great holiday!!

Well appointed home at the end of a quiet and beautiful cove.

My family had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend in this comfortable, well stocked family home. My dad enjoyed the putting green, the kids loved kayaking in the cove, and we had enough space for everyone. The dining table, outdoor table, and game table were all out to use during our rain delays from the water. Also, the extra fridge/freezer and ice maker was an added bonus most homes do not provide.
