Excellent costumer service, Diego was very helpful. The hotel does not have rooms for 5 people is only up to 4 when we got there he said it was a mistake from Travelocity. He helped us resolve and gave us another room. Rooms are very clean and very nice, breakfast was super delicious I will comeback. Thanks for the excellent accommodations and service.

Det fanns absolut ingenting på rummet förutom en säng och sängbord. Inget säkerhetsskåp, ingen minibar, ingenting. Det var ok rent men kändes metadon ett hostel än ett hotell. Alldeles för dyrt för ett enstjärnigt hotell. Bilderna ljuger.

Muy decepcionante el hotel, malísima relación calidad- precio. Una habitación amplia y limpia. Pero subidísimo de precio, no vale lo que cuesta. La habitación era exterior y se oye todo, hay un autobús con música y fiesta que pasa por la calle del hotel, no hay ninguna clase de aislamiento.  El desayuno está bastante bien, es completo.  Mención aparte merece el personal, la persona de recepción era muy siniestro, con comentarios inadecuados, llegamos a tener miedo y todo. Cero recomendable

This hotel is well located and clean. It is clearly new and there was work being done on more rooms. My biggest complaint was the wifi system they had set up. All the other 10 hotels I stayed at in Colombia had good, reliable service. The system at Reloj was HORRIBLE, even a little suspect.
