Located behind PV BLVD Coffee, this private ground-level suite offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and small-town charm. With its own private entrance and outdoor patio, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay while being just steps from locally owned shops, restaurants, cafés, parks, and community events.
Whether you're visiting family, attending a wedding, exploring the North Okanagan, cycling nearby trails, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, this spacious suite is the perfect place to settle in.

The Space
The suite comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes:
• One private queen bedroom
• A separate lower-level sleeping area with two twin beds
• A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• In-suite laundry
• Air conditioning

• Pet-friendly accommodations

Please note that the lower-level sleeping area is not considered a legal bedroom, as it does not have a window or door. It provides a separate sleeping space that many families appreciate for children, teens, or additional guests.

This was a great spot in Armstrong. The accommodations were very comfortable. We loved that we could pop around to the front street to go to the coffee shop. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food and eating in. The location was so convenient. Parking was easy. There was also a nice seating area outside, and we enjoyed the sunny afternoon and fresh air.

Super charming and cozy spot! Host was responsive and accommodating, kitchen is incredibly well stocked and everything we needed was easily accessible. Check in was simple and easy. The coffee shop at the front of the building is 10/10. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at our Suite on the BLVD! The space was beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—convenient and peaceful. This is a great little suite, tucked in behind a coffee shop. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated and everything is top notch. 10/10 on everything. We loved our stay. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with plenty of dishes, gadgets and sharp knives. The bathroom is beautiful and the rain shower is amazing. Super comfy bed and bed linens. Easy access, communication and parking.
