The owner has kept this unit comfortable and clutter free. Remodeled, complete

with beautiful wood flooring on the main level and cozy carpets in the

bedrooms.

This two bedroom plus loft, two bathroom condo has three levels leaving plenty

of room to spread out. You enter on the middle floor which has a full

bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and access to a private, covered

balcony (may not be accessible in the winter). There is a wood burning

fireplace and a large dining table with room for the entire group. Upstairs is

the partially enclosed loft with a king bed. Downstairs, from the main floor,

are two bedrooms and another full bathroom with washer and dryer. The master

bedroom has a queen bed, with a slider leading to the patio and the secondary

bedroom has two bunk beds, one with a trundle, for a total of five twin beds.

This condo is centrally located very near the village commercial center where

you will find The Lodge, General Store, restaurants and bars. Also within a

short walking distance is the Bear Valley Snowmobile shop and Bear Valley

Adventure Company & Gas Station. Just around the corner is the library and

disc golf course.

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.

This condo offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
