Snowy Owl's Roost ~ Central heat and fireplace!

Welcome to Snowy Owl's Roost! Located in the Blue Lake Springs subdivision in Arnold, the cabin is perched above the 14th fairway of the Sequoia Woods Golf Course and nestled among the trees at the end of a serene cul-de-sac, Snowy Owl's Roost is an immersive retreat in the heart of the Sierra. The living area boasts chalet windows and cathedral ceilings, creating a unique & serene experience. Sip a cup of coffee while looking out over the golf course, or enjoy an evening at the Country Club - which is walking distance from the cabin! Just a short drive to Snowflake Lodge, where during the summer months, you'll have access to the Blue Lake Springs Rec Center, with a private restaurant, pool, 2 lakes and many more amenities! With central heating and a wood stove for additional ambience, the cabin comfortably accommodates 8 guests.

Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, both with queen beds. Upstairs, the open loft serves as a third bedroom, with 2 twin beds and a king bed. Additionally in the loft, you'll find a tv for streaming with a DVD/VCR with DVDs, as well as board games.

The living room offers streaming services (guests log in with their own accounts). The recently remodeled kitchen is perfect for entertaining the family all year round! The propane barbecue on the deck is perfect for summer time cookouts.

Snowy Owl's Roost is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
