Tired hotel needing serious attention

I used the hotel on business as its location makes it really the only choice if travelling to Renfrew. Expect very little sleep rooms have old, noisy air-con. You can turn it off but still hear it in the rooms next to you. Some good staff who were sympathetic but could not fix the problem - or offer a room move. It was the same in Winter when the snow makes it even less likely you can travel from alternative towns..
