I mean it is a 2 star hotel, but very outdated, I think it need some improvements, luckily for them there’s not a lot of competition in town. But if I were the owner I would think about improvements

Extremely disappointed

This is the only hotel in Renfrew Ontario and it is disgusting. I strongly believe that health and safety would condemn this place if they were aware of the state it is in. Please Wyndham invest some money to improve this place and be a representation of the Wyndham name.

A lot of damage in the room when I arrived. Towel rack hanging off wall on one end, plaster hole in bathroom on wall, brown stains/marks on bathroom mirror, cracked mirror in main room, some sort of string coming from side of mirror next to bed. Overall unkept room.
