Dear guest, I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with the offered amenities. We always try our best to make you feel comfortable. Therefore we offer for example free coffee, tea and mineral water in the lobby from 10:00am -10:00pm, fridges are available for rent as well. The other mentioned things are not in place to safe energy and protect the environment.

Lieber Gast, danke, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns von Ihrem Aufenthalt zu berichten. Ich kann gut verstehen, dass Sie mit den von Ihnen genannten Punkten nicht zufrieden waren. Dies sollte so nicht passieren. Zwar haben wir standardmäßig keine Eiswürfel, aber wenn Sie als Gast welche wünschen, versuchen wir natürlich, welche zu organisieren. Bezüglich des Zimmers kann ich nicht beurteilen, warum Sie keine Auswahl hatten, da ich nicht weiß, welches Zimmer Sie gebucht haben und wie die Belegung am betreffenden Tag war. Dennoch hätte man Ihnen vor Ort erklären sollen, warum Sie in dem Ihnen zugeteilten Zimmer untergebracht sind. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie nicht mit uns zufrieden waren und ich sage Ihnen zu, dass ich die von Ihnen angesprochenen Punkte mit meinen Mitabreiterinnen besprechen werde. MIt besten Grüßen
