Palm Mar is fully residential, there are no hotels, clubs, or traffic. This is a perfect place for those who want to be close to everything and enjoy this peaceful, elegant, exclusive, and sought-after area. It is only 10 minutes' drive from the tourist centres of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Tenerife South Airport is 10 km away. Both the local police and constant private security patrol the Palm Mar area.
Here you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a bank, etc. all 50 m from the holiday flat. The rural beach, the boardwalk, and the wonderful Malpais de La Rasca reserves (great for hiking and trecking) are less than a 10-minute walk away. + modern appartement met alle mogelijke voorzieningen + buiten het douchegordijn héél proper + mooie ruime woonkamer en keuken + smart TV van goede kwaliteit + heel veel opbergruimte + stofzuiger aanwezig - geluidsoverlast door erg drukke baan, nabijgelegen bars en nachtelijke afvalophaling - eettafel en stoelen aan vervanging toe - voordeur kan niet op dubbel slot Al bij al een heel prettig verblijf gehad in Palm Mar met zijn mooi natuurgebied.
