The apartment is completely renovated with noble materials, laminate flooring and clad walls. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is for two people with a double bed. It has built-in closet and television. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the beach. The other bedroom has two beds and closet. It has a window which is very bright.
The living room has part of dining room with glass table and chairs, and in the part of the living room there are 2 sofas, a TV cabinet and a 42-inch led television. It has a private terrace with fantastic views over the beach. On the terrace you can enjoy sitting in the chilout armchairs.
It has fully fitted kitchen and with all the necessary utensils for cooking. Next to the kitchen there is another covered terrace with round table ideal for eating or playing any card game etc.
The bathroom has wooden headboard furniture with sink and espjejo. The bathroom has a shower with mamapara and wc. The bathroom is equipped with towels and a hairdryer.

A good spot for the beach and swimming

Good for 2 or 3 adults or couple with up to two small children, but 20 steps up to the appartment on the second floor. Had everything we needed. Useful washing machine. Liked the abstract paintings. Good access to beach, safe for children. Handy for Las Vistas restaurants and a pleasant level walk to Los Cristianos for more facilities. Could be a bit noisy in the afternoons but quiet at night. Inadequate sofa covers need attention.

Enjoyable stay 25th jauary 2018

I stayed in miguels apartment as a party of 5 older men miguel responded quickly to request for another set of keys as one set difficult apartment is in great location main bedroom a good size however small bedroom not big enough for 2 single beds so i would suggest dining space off kitchen would be better with a bed as there was already a dining table in main living area kitchen had all necessary appliances and bathroom fine there is a small balcony which seats 2 people and nice to watch people going by overall we were pleased with experience and think it would be more comfortable for 4 people key was collected and dropped off in downstair restaurant which meant no wait

Für uns nicht geeignet, nie wieder

Wir waren nur ein paar Stunden in dem Apartment und sind wieder abgereist. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass richtig gereinigt wurde, die Bettlagen waren nicht sauber und sahen benutzt aus, die ausgelobte Küchenausstattung war eher lächerlich ( keine Kaffeemaschine, Gläser die irgendwie zusammen gestückelt waren und sonst hat auch noch einiges gefehlt ) alles in allem sehr unbefriedigend.
