A few steps from the beach and its pleasant avenues where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round.

It is divided into two floors, on the upper floor, it has a spacious bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom, two single beds joined together, air conditioning, Smart TV, desk and access to a charming balcony. On the ground floor, from where it is accessed, there is a nice kitchen fully equipped with everything you need open to the cozy living room. It has a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan, 40" Smart TV and direct access to the wonderful terrace with stunning views of the sea and the pool, where you can have breakfast and relax while gazing at the ocean.
