Lovely property 5 mins walk to the beech. Nice spacious balcony with comfy seating. Comfy beds. Aircon unit in both bedrooms & lounge. Would definitely stay here again
A warm welcome from Stephane and good communication leading up to our stay. A modern apartment with lots of mod cons and a sea view. Air conditioning was excellent and made the stay much more comfortable. We would certainly return here.

Apartment with potential but very worn down
Overall a good apartment but it is very worn down. It seems as if the pictures were taken 20 years ago. The couch has a lot of spots, the shutter was ripped out and you are looking onto the foundation. The glas on the balcony is cracked which was worrisome for parents like us with two little children. Some ledges were coming of and our one year old would get stuck in them.In addition the lift was being completely renovated and the constructin waste was stored in the stairwell - even over night and on the weekends. We had a hard time getting the pushchair up and down every day (along with groceries and/or everything else you need for a day at the beach). I know the renovation will be over at one point but it really put some stress on our holiday and caused some tension.Check-In and Check-Out was super easy. Stephane contacted us before we left and organised everything.
Hemos tenido una estancia magnífica, el apartamento está todo reformado, la cocina muy completa, la urbanización muy tranquila y muy cerca del paseo marítimo, justo en la puerta ya hay bares y tiendas, un supermercado grande a 5 minutos, la propietaria muy amable, repetiremos seguro!!
