Villa Gabri 2 shares the same soul as Villa Gabri 1, but with a character all its own. It is a haven of light and tranquillity, where indoor and outdoor living blend naturally. Here, the garden becomes part of the home, the patio turns into your outdoor dining room, and each day begins with the gentle song of birds. Open the window and your first greeting of the day is the sight of oleanders, hibiscus and lush greenery. Just a short walk from Lake Maggiore and the historic centre of Arona, Villa Gabri 2 is the perfect place for those seeking nature, freedom and authenticity.

With 100 m² (1,075 sq ft) of living space, the apartment offers spacious, airy and completely independent accommodation for up to four guests. Light-coloured furnishings, parquet flooring in the bedrooms and abundant natural light create a wonderful feeling of openness, comfort and serenity.

A central hallway connects the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The living room overlooks the rear garden, while each bedroom enjoys its own view of the greenery: one faces the garden, the other overlooks the oleanders and the side garden. Every morning, simply opening the window lets nature and sunlight become the first welcome of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped, while the modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

Outside, the large covered patio naturally becomes the heart of daily life: the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply relaxing in the shade. It is a space that invites conversation, shared moments and slow living, quickly becoming one of the highlights of your stay.

One of Villa Gabri 2's greatest advantages is its location. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, cafés and local shops are all just a few minutes' walk away. The lakeside promenade, Arona's historic centre, the railway station and the ferry terminal are also within easy walking distance, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without needing the car.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, the spacious patio in front of the house—which naturally becomes an outdoor dining room throughout your stay—and a reserved parking space on the left-hand driveway.

The front garden, the large rear garden, the barbecue area, the solar shower with hot and cold water, and the relaxation area with hammock and sun loungers are shared with the guests of Villa Gabri 1.

The outdoor spaces have been designed to offer the perfect balance between privacy and shared enjoyment. Each apartment maintains its own independence, while the large park becomes a wonderful place to relax, read a book, sunbathe or simply enjoy peaceful moments outdoors.

Accessibility

Villa Gabri 2 is located on the ground floor and is easy to access, although it is not officially certified as an accessible property.
