Villa Gabri was never furnished simply to become a holiday rental. It has always been a family home, and it continues to tell its story. Here, true luxury is allowing yourself—even if only for a few days—to slow down and embrace the peaceful rhythm of a home that still preserves its identity.

With 170 m² (1,830 sq ft) of living space, Villa Gabri 1 offers something increasingly rare today: generous, light-filled rooms where families and friends can spend time together without ever feeling crowded.

The entrance leads through a spacious hall and an impressive handcrafted walnut staircase to the first floor. Here, a large central hallway—the heart of the house—connects the living areas, kitchen and bedrooms.

The elegant living room, furnished with antique pieces and works of art, is perfect for relaxing or spending time together. The bright, fully equipped kitchen is designed for slow breakfasts and shared meals.

The sleeping area includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the garden, one air-conditioned twin bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Every room preserves the home's original character. Antique furniture, family treasures and modern comforts blend naturally, creating an atmosphere that feels authentic, elegant and timeless.

The large furnished terrace becomes an extension of the house: the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, dine outdoors, read a book or simply relax surrounded by the peace of the park.

A charming detail still tells the story of daily life here: on the terrace you'll find the traditional basket and pulley system once used—and still working today—to lift freshly picked fruit from the garden directly into the kitchen.

One of Villa Gabri's greatest strengths is its unique setting. As soon as the gate closes behind you, the sounds of the town give way to the silence of the park. Yet everything you need is within easy walking distance: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, cafés and local shops, as well as Arona's historic centre, the lakeside promenade, the railway station and the ferry terminal.

Villa Gabri 1 is ideal for families and groups who wish to spend their holiday together without giving up space or privacy. Thanks to its generous layout, peaceful atmosphere and strategic location, it is also an excellent choice for business stays and executive accommodation throughout the year.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire first-floor apartment, together with access to all the shared outdoor areas designed to make the most of life outdoors.

The front garden welcomes you with the atmosphere of a private park, featuring century-old trees, statues, fountains and beautiful stone benches that immediately create a feeling of peace and timeless elegance.

The apartment occupies the entire first floor of the villa and is accessible by staircase only.

Villa Gabri consists of two completely independent apartments. Guests staying at Villa Gabri 1 enjoy their own private accommodation, a reserved parking space and access to the shared gardens and outdoor facilities.

Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms.

The rear garden, barbecue area and relaxation area are shared with the guests of Villa Gabri 2.

A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Although surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, Villa Gabri is located in a residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of both the neighbours and the guests staying in the other apartment.

We will be available before and throughout your stay whenever needed, while always respecting your privacy and independence. Our goal is to provide discreet support whenever you need it, allowing you to enjoy Villa Gabri as if it were your own home.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
