Ich fande die Unterkunft an sich schön aber bei uns im zimmer war alles dreckig und wurde nicht geputzt zum schluss bekamen wir vom Manager, alls wieder gut machung nur ein (Gläschen Prosecco) geschenkt obwohl wir warten mussten, für mich ist diese Entschädigung unverschämt..

Alles super funktioniert. Alles sauber! Komme sehr gerne wieder. Einzig das Frühstück könnte mehr Abwechslung haben aber für18.- kann man nichts sagen.

Ein wunderbares Haus an zentraler Lage. Tolles Personal, interessiert am Wohlergehen der Gäste, dienstleistungsorientiert, sehr persönlicher Umgang, unkompliziert. Top of the Top. Kompliment. Das Haus ist sehr modern, bequeme hochwertige Betten, sauber. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut, wunderbares Frühstück mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Ruhige und persönliche Atmosphäre. Ich kann dieses Haus allen nur empfehlen.

Lieber Martin,Herzlichen Dank für Deine Bewertung. Da unser AVES sehr zentral gelegen ist, kann es wegen der Eisbahn durch den Tag hindurch zu lärm kommen. Jedoch ist diese Lage genau dass was die meisten Gäste schätzen, denn nur wenige Gehminuten von uns liegt der Bahnhof, die Skilifte etc.Wir wünschen Dir alles Gute und beste Grüsse,AVES Arosa Team
