A estada foi boa, poderia ter ficado melhor se alguns itens dentro da casa estiverem em boas condições. Alguns objetos de uso comum poderiam ter sido aderidos já que faltou papel higiênico, faltou saco de lixo, faltou detergente na cozinha e nos banheiros, torradeira está em curto e pegamos choque... tirando esses detalhes a estada foi boa.

O apartamento é maravilhoso muito bem organizado,confortavel e limpo, a localização é excelente PERTINHO da prainha, e próximo do comércio local :padaria, supermercado, farmacia etc... O prédio possui elevador o que ajudou muito pois meu pai tem uma deficiência na perna.A andressa desde o início muito atenciosa e sempre a disposição. Um local excelente para família tanto na localização quanto tamanho e acomodação do apartamento, com acesso simples conseguindo se esquivar do transito da cidade o que torna ainda mais atrativo. Tento a proprietária em contato direto solucionando assim a eventualidade ocorrida. Quanto a limpeza do mesmo deixou um pouco a desejar, porém informei a proprietária que com certeza estará solucionando esse problema para o próximo locatário. Qual sem sobra de duvidas em uma próxima visita a região é um local que ficaria novamente sem sombra de duvidas e indico a amigos e familiares.

Excelente apartamento, vale a pena!!

O apartamento é muito bom. Estava bem limpo e agradável. Nenhum cheiro de guardado ou mofo. Possui eletrodomésticos novos, tudo funcionando muito bem. O prédio também é novo, com elevador novo, tudo bem organizado. É ótimo estar ao lado da prainha, mas ao mesmo tempo não ser na rua principal, pois assim tem o benefício da proximidade, sem o incômodo do barulho. Com certeza a próxima vez que voltar a Arraial do Cabo será minha primeira opção.
