Appartement agréable

L'appartement est agréable (si l'on fait exception de la vue extérieure), à quelques pas du Charco de san Gines et correspond à la description qui en est faite. Le quartier est calme. Le garage (payant) est indispensable (impossibilité de stationner à proximité). Il aurait toutefois été bon de préciser, pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite, que l'appartement se trouve au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Plus de rangement dans la cuisine serait nécessaire. Certains ustensiles seraient les bienvenus (ex : tasses à café, un véritable grille-pain).
