The gem of this property is the backyard/ playground where your family will enjoy hours of fun. Backyard includes a converted Lifeguard Tower/ Treehouse, a Lighthouse Play Fort, Ball Pit, Trampoline, & Sand Box. The home is approx. 2 miles to Pismo State Beach and 2 blocks to shopping such as Starbuck's & Aldi. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home approx. 1330 sq. ft. Master bedroom has a King bed while the other bedrooms have Queens. Master bath has shower/ tub combo and 3/4 bath has stall shower. Open concept living/ kitchen area. Remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. Living room has a wood burning stove and 3 seater (fully reclining) sofa with large screen T.V. Master bedroom and kids room both have additional T.V.'s. Desk workspace in the middle bedroom. Outdoor gas fireplace in the front yard. Backyard has a full playground with custom forts, a hot outdoor shower, and gas BBQ.
