This 90 m² house, tastefully decorated, offers a bright and warm living space.
From the entrance, you will discover a friendly living room, designed to offer you maximum comfort with a large sofa, a television so you don't miss your films and sporting events, and a dining area with a large table to gather around a good meal.
Next to it, the independent kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to reveal all your chef talents. You will find everything you need: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster and all the utensils you might need. All in a functional and pleasant space, perfect for cooking with family.
Outside, enjoy the enclosed and tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun or savouring a friendly meal outdoors thanks to the barbecue provided.
At night, two comfortable bedrooms await you in the house: the first bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200). Two shower rooms complete the house, allowing everyone to relax after a long day of beach activities.
For greater convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron, a baby bed with mattress, a booster seat, a baby bathtub, board games and two private parking spaces outside the house.
