The house has 7 spacious bedrooms (6 exterior and 1 interior), designed for maximum comfort:

Views: 4 bedrooms offer relaxing pool views, and 2 overlook the mountains.

Climate control: 5 bedrooms have air conditioning and heating (with fan/dehumidifier function). Another bedroom has a ceiling fan (cold/heat).

Note for families: Children under 2 years old stay for free. (Please do not include them in the guest count when booking to avoid incorrect charges; instead, notify us via message to request a crib at no additional cost).

🍳 Kitchen and laundry area

Main kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, and all necessary kitchenware.

High-quality water: Natural reverse osmosis water system (no need to buy bottled water).

Laundry area: Washing machine, dryer, iron, and a convenient drying area.

🍖 The "Barbecue" annex (Total independence)

Ideal for group members who desire extra privacy. This spectacular independent annex features:

A double sofa bed, full kitchen, cozy living room, and a private bathroom with 2 toilets and a shower tray.

🌳 Outdoors and entertainment (Impossible to get bored!)

Our 5,000 m² plot is designed for outdoor enjoyment:

Private pool and gardens: Take a dip or relax in the sun surrounded by nature in our solarium or garden.

Panoramic covered terrace: The heart of the house. It features a large outdoor dining area for 14 people and a chill-out zone with comfortable armchairs to enjoy the sunsets.

Multisport area: Former tennis court with some irregularities in the flooring, but suitable for shooting some hoops, soccer, golf, and archery.

Barbecue area: Fully equipped to enjoy meals with the whole group.

🚗 Additional services

Parking: Private parking inside the property with capacity for multiple vehicles.

Electric vehicle charging: Slow charging point (€5/day x days of stay).

This chalet offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
