Hotels.com For the Win!

Stay was interesting. Reception was fantastic for check in, kind and courteous. The Restaurant had delicious food and did well being under staffed. The room was less than ideal from an aesthetic standpoint. I’m glad we booked through Hotels.com and not directly through the Pearl Resort Website. Given its location and amenities I understand the allure to want to stay, however the Resort needs be more realistic with their prices. Thanks Hotels for a great $220 stay and not actually paying $400 for an Ocean View Resort room that needs some TLC.
Rotting possibly molding base boards. (Yes I know it’s by the Ocean)
Toe prints in the Bathroom, on the wall in front of the toilet.
Shower valves (stained by calcium) that may be a bit small seeing all the teflon tape.
Door Lock, that has been rode hard and put away wet.

only issue we had was being offered breakfast not knowing it was extra (not included), and it ended up being quite pricy. Other than that - the staff was great, it is a beautiful property, and our room was very nice.

Eat before you get there, especially true if arriving at night. Dining options were limited, ordered a pasta for the kids and quality was poor. Hotel is a bit outdated, the price per night was high, though I booked last minute. Only stayed one night because no ferries or planes leaving for other islands in the evening.

Property is out of town. Ok for a night or two to stay on the property but not convenient if you want to try out restaurants in town. Property staff were excellent at response to the bed being very firm. They provided us with a memory foam to make the bed much more comfortable. We had a late flight and the property staff allowed us to use the pool and the showers at the spa to clean up before our flight.

This is an excellent hotel with incredible views and a nice pool area with a bar/restaurant overlooking the ocean! Very nice, well-trained staff, friendly service, and accommodating. Good value for the price.

Le Tahiti is lovely. Perfect spot for an overnight Viking into or out of Tahiti. Just 30 minutes or less from the airport, with great food and a gorgeous black sand beach.

The place was nice. Big drawback was its location. Not many shops close by. Further no ATM on premises. required to run into town to get sundries or cash. Front desk offered to give cash but at a 5% rate. However the location was the only big issue. Expensive breakfasts were offered by really not that great. Other meals fantastic.

I really love this property. The staff are so friendly and the manager is awesome. The vibe isn’t ‘corporate’ or fussy. The other guests seem mellow too. The rooms are stunning and well designed. I love that you hear the sound of the waves crashing on a divine black sand beach. The restaurant is fab. And the highlight is the show. I’ll be back.
