Cosy apartment with outdoor spaces, located in Cala de Flores, a stone's throw from the Marina of Porto Cervo and just a few minutes' drive from the magnificent beaches of the Emerald Coast.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, is characterised by a spacious veranda furnished with a dining area surrounded by plants and flowers: a perfect space to enjoy moments in the open air. The entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a single sofa bed, dining table, television and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven. The sleeping area consists of a room with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a complete shower completes the layout.

Undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village built around a bay that resembles a deer, which has become the realm of luxury holidays. In the Sixties, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this stretch of coastline, decided to buy the lands of this corner of Gallura and create a paradise for elite international tourism. The new tourist port, with 700 boat berths, is today one of the largest and most equipped in the Mediterranean, and is home to the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, organiser of international sailing regattas.

In summer, it is easy to find oneself shopping with cinema and television celebrities in the prestigious boutiques in the centre of Porto Cervo, a location for daily appointments with the international jet set between parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by prestigious restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive venues.

The village is surrounded by splendid villas in the style that has become characteristic of the Costa Smeralda and beaches with crystal-clear waters and wind-sculpted rocks. It is indeed an excellent position to visit the wonders of this stretch of coastline. Not to be missed nearby are the Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and the Spiaggia del Principe.
