INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located in a reserved and quiet area of the residence, surrounded by hedges and a well-kept communal lawn area. Cottage 33 has a private entrance and a covered veranda with a dining table. The entrance opens onto the comfortable living room with two sofa beds, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV; bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A door leads to the kitchen equipped with hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and overlooking the garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a wardrobe. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets. The condominium complex offers a seasonal outdoor saltwater pool with a shallow area for children and a sun terrace with loungers and swings for children.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Cottage 33 is located in the small town of Cala Bitta , not far from Baja Sardinia , just five minutes by car from the city. Beautiful white sandy beaches , restaurants, nightclubs, and much more are all within a few kilometers. The renowned Porto Cervo is a few minutes drive away. The beach of Cala Bitta is only 350 meters away and can be reached on foot. Nearby is the beautiful beach of Cala dei Ginepri , located along the coast belonging to the municipality of Arzachena (OT), between the towns of Cannigione and Baja Sardinia. On the Cannigione-Baja Sardinia provincial road, at the height of the locality of l’Ea Bianca, turn left and take a paved road that quickly descends towards the coast below the promontory. Taken from the rocky coast of this stretch of coastline, among the dense vegetation, hides this small beach overlooking the Gulf of Arzachena . Also nearby is the renowned beach kiosk Nikki Beach, a popular destination for frequent visitors to the coast.

We recommend guests have a car to reach the property; the car is also essential during the stay to visit the surroundings and move between the various locations.
