Sehr geehrtes FEWO-Team,unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Cannigione war massiv beeinträchtigt:•3 Tage kein WLAN,•defekte Spülmaschine (Austausch erst am 5. Tag, neue unbrauchbar wegen zu großer Teller),•keine warmen Decken trotz kühler Nächte, was zu Erkältungen führte,•Haus bei Ankunft kalt und feucht, Klimaanlage unzuverlässig,•kompletter Stromausfall über Stunden, niemand erreichbar,•keinerlei Einweisung ins Haus (z. B. Mülltrennung), fehlende Geschirrtücher.Unser Urlaub war geprägt von Stress, gesundheitlichen Belastungen und Frustration – völlig unvereinbar mit Ihren Qualitätsversprechen.Wir fordern eine sofortige Stellungnahme und angemessene finanzielle Entschädigung.Bei keiner zufriedenstellenden Antwort innerhalb von 5 Werktagen behalten wir uns rechtliche Schritte und öffentliche Bewertungen vor.
