For shared use: natural state property 2 ha (fenced), large garden with plants and trees. Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 1 km long bumpy, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bar 7 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Le Saline" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 9 km, Cannigione 11 km, Costa Smeralda 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The owner uses the basement floor of the house 3/4 times a week for a few hours during the day to take care of the countryside and the animals.
