SUMMER 2026 UPDATE: The villa has been completely refurbished in 2025 and everything is now brand new (bathrooms, windows, floors, doors, new Wi-Fi system, aeration/cooling, etc).

We have listened to our customers over the past couple years where they mentioned the setting is wonderful but the house needed a revamp.

You will now experience a modern, functional and comfortable house, still in the same old great location.



This beautiful villa offers accommodation combining the luxury of having large spaces, garden and pool, with the comfort of being extremely close to Porto Cervo city center.



It takes just few minutes walking to reach Porto Cervo Piazzetta where all the most beautiful boutiques and restaurants are located, as well as the breathtaking walk along porto vecchio (old marina) where the largest yachts of the world are frequently docked.



The property features a total of 5 bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of 10 guests (4 guest rooms + 1 small maid room):



3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two bunk beds, 1 small bedroom with single bed.



Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.



The upper floor features living room, dining area, kitchen, and access to a large terrace with beautiful views and a breathtaking sunset every evening.



Private garden and pool.



Complimentary cleaning and change of linens and towels every 7 days.

Please Note: To legally register the reservation, all guests will be required to provide ID verification as required by Italian law.

Please Note: The reservation will be subject to payment of Refundable Damage Deposit as shown during the payout process, and Arzachena City Tax equal to €5.00 per person, per night for the first 7 nights (children under 12 are exempted).

Our management company will get in touch with you one week before arrival date, in order to organise check-in according to your preferences.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
