It’s worth noting that the property boasts a spacious and generous lot size, with a total surface terrain of 1’600 square meters. The property itself has a surface Maison, or living space, of 350 square meters. This means that there is plenty of room both inside and outside the home, offering ample space for relaxation, entertainment, and outdoor activities.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, all 350m² across three levels. This includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, all living and dining areas, a large terrace with panoramic Alpine views, the Japanese garden, a heated outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi. Private entrance and outdoor parking for 2 cars are included. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, with no shared spaces.

Villa Arzier sits in the peaceful village of Arzier-Le Muids in the Vaud region, approximately 20 minutes from Nyon and 35 minutes from Geneva by car. A car is recommended for the most flexibility. The surrounding area offers easy access to Lake Geneva, the Route du Vignoble vineyards, the Vaudois Natural Park hiking and biking trails, and the Les Rousses Golf Course. Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Please be respectful of neighbours during evening hours



Interaction with Guests:

We are available 7 days a week, from 9:00 to 20:00 (CET), and can be reached by phone for anything you need before or during your stay. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00. We are happy to assist with local restaurant recommendations, activity bookings, private chef arrangements, transfers, and anything else that makes your stay exceptional. Our team respects your privacy; we are available whenever you need us and discreet when you don't.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Arzier villa is smoke free.
