Very beautiful house "La Demeure de Tumiac", renovated in 2014. In the hamlet Tumiac 2.5 km from the centre of Arzon, in the residential district, 700 m from the sea. Private: property 300 m2, beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, pond. In the house: bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: width 220 cm. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Kerver" 700 m. Super geeignet für alle Wetterlagen: 1 Wo. Brühwürfel-, 1 Wo. Eiscremewetter. Luft-/Wärme Fussbodenheizung, dicke Mauern gegen die Hitze. Tolle Küche, luftige Schlafzimmer, schöner Garten mit Komplettumzäunung und Sichtschutz. Aussergewöhnliche Innenarchitektur, seeehr gemütlich. Fussläufig: Strand, Super-U, Markt, Port Crouesty, super Eisbude, Golfplatz, Discothek (nicht hörbar)

Sehr schön gestaltetes Haus, sehr netter Besitzer. Nicht weit zu Fuß zum Strand. Herrliche Wanderwege in der Nähe. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind nicht weit. Im Oktober ist jedoch schon viel geschlossen.

Uns hat es im Ferienhaus La Demeure de Tumiac sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr individuell eingerichtet, eben kein typisches Ferienhaus sondern ein Haus, dass der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer außerhalb der Saison auch selbst bewohnt. Die helle und perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und der windgeschützte Innenhof waren für uns die Highlights. Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. wenige Minuten zu Fuß durch die Dünen zum Strand.

sehr guter Zustand, wir 3 Erw, 1 Hund waren bereits das 2. Mal hier. abgeschlossenes Grundstück (Thema Hund), sehr schöner, ruhiger Garten, tolle Küche. schöner Strand, mobiler Bäcker kommt ins Quartier, Supermarkt in ca.1,5 km.

Ein bretonischer Traum

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Durch eine gelungene Mischung aus alter, bretonischer Bauweise und moderner Renovierung hat das Haus seinen urigen Charme bewahrt, ohne dass man auf Komfort verzichten muss. Die Küche ist top Ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß durch die Dünen. Im September ist man hier fast alleine.

Die Objektfotos geben einen kleinen Einblick in den Charme dieses Hauses.Eine sehr gelungene Verbindung zwischen Alt- und Neu, auf interessante, gemütliche, facettenreiche Weise. Ausstattung neuwertig und modern schöne Bäder, tolle Küche. Gartengestaltung sehr schön, Dachterrasse grösser, als die Fotos erahnen lassen. Lage in ruhiger Nebenstrasse für uns optimal. Direkter Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Vermieter problemlos möglich.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

mit sehr geschmackvoller Ausstattung und liebevollen Details. Besonders gefiel uns auch der Innenhof sowie der kleine Garten, der zu jeder Tageszeit ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen je nach Vorlieben zu bieten hat. Ein Haus, dem man anmerkt, dass sich der Vermieter intensiv um alles kümmert, nicht zuletzt ist er jederzeit ansprechbar und für Wünsche seitens der Gäste offen.
