convenient location. old hotel

very run down hotel. but super spacious room and bathroom. allowed to take more pillows (of various choices) from lobby. near to eateries and also Aeon Mall at JR Asahikawa.

そもそも宿泊できませんでした。 予約は確定しているのに部屋が空いていないと言われ、対応された従業員の方（松岡さん？）はエクスペディア側のシステムの不具合なのでホテル側は悪くないというような態度で、ちゃんとした謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。 部屋がとれていなかった原因が何かは知りませんが、こちらとしては関係のないことですので誠実な対応をして頂きたかったです。 また、こちらから別件で電話をかけて初めて部屋が取れていないと言われましたが、ホテル側からシステムに不具合があったとわかった時点で謝罪の電話があるはずではないですか？ 部屋が取れていないとわかったのは夕方でしたのでもう他のホテルも取れず、市街地から離れたラブホテルに宿泊する羽目になりました。 料金は高額だったしタクシーでホテルまで移動、スケジュールも大幅に変更となりました。 このようなことは2度とないようにしていただきたいです。大変迷惑しました。

次は無いです。

まず、7階に宿泊しましたがWi-Fiがエラーで使用できず6階の微弱電波のWi-Fiを使用してました、次にシャワーですが黒いカビの様なものが延々と出て来て非常に不快でした。古いホテルだから？ 良かったのはベットが広い所位かな。
