Very convenient location across from AEON MALL and station. Many restaurants close by. Paid self operate laundry on most floors is a plus. Hotel is modern and sleek. We went to hotel recommended Izakaya for dinner with 20% coupon, best food we had in Hokkaido! Will come back again.

The rooms were a bit small than what we experienced in other hotels in Hokkaido, but considered its location and service we find it still at very good value. The Wi-Fi could support normal web browsing but not some live videos. So it's still satisfactory. Doesn't affect much on our experience though, we still think it's a nice stay there.

Wifi was very hot & cold. Very frustrating. That is my only complaint. Location is excellent near to bus & train stations. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Supermarket across the street was good. Shower was hot. Room was super quiet which is my #1 priority
