Wir waren 2 Nächte hier und wären auch gern noch länger geblieben. Wir hatten ein herrliches japanisches Zimmer, was sehr gut ausgestattet war. Die Qualität des Essens ist absolut hervorragend, die Köche bereiten alles frisch zu in einer offenen Küche. Besonders toll ist auch das schöne Outdoor-Onsen, das perfekt und entspannend war nach unserer Wanderung.

酒店優待旅行團，滿滿人群霸佔公共空間，餐桌。除了風景吸引，沒有任何理由能讓我想再入住！

酒店免費泊車，但酒店門口沒有工作人員，隨便停泊在門口附近，可能是在山上，所以都沒有人管 酒店旅行團特多，無論甚麼時候經過大堂都很嘈吵 大堂有免費飲品吧、也有少量小食，有各類酒精，梅酒、清酒、洋酒和啤酒。 還有個火爐可讓大家休息取暖和聊天 但日間時間旅行團太多，根本無法找到位子 即使晚飯也是滿滿的人群，到第二天大批旅行團退房，酒店竟容許各旅行團霸佔了大堂各空間沙發擺放他們團友的行李， 即使有了空位，也無法坐下休息！ 對不是參加旅行團的住客造成了極大不便！ 酒店包早餐和晚餐，也是由於滿滿旅行團，沒有提早訂房時預約晚餐時間，只能被安排到晚餐結束前一小時才能進餐廳 由於是自助餐，每個食物都要排隊取餐，1小時用餐時間大都用上在排隊上！ 令人很失望。 但餐點口味不錯，而且有燒牛扒和燒蟹腳。 大浴池有2個，露天溫泉很不錯。 房間舒適，冷氣在冬天沒辦法調，調到5度也是暖氣，幸好窗戶能打開透透氣！

家族6人で利用しました。2度目です。 年末だったため外国人観光客も多くみられましたが、お風呂はそれほど混雑してる様子もなく快適に過ごせました。 部屋も広く大満足。食事も種類も豊富で牛肉ステーキがとても美味しかったです。 スーパードライ込みの飲み放題も2000円しなくて、ビールサーバーがすごい！光って下から注がれるスタイルで美味しい。夫もすごく喜んでいました。 体育館程の大きなアリーナでは、バドミントン や卓球、サッカーなども楽しめ子供達が汗だくで遊んでいました。 ロビー横で白い恋人のソフトクリームもいただけます。無料のコーヒーも美味しかったです。 老舗なので建物の経年劣化は仕方ないとして、お風呂の清掃が少し行き届いてないのは感じましたが、総合的にはとても良い温泉施設です。 値段的にもお安めの方ですし、家族旅行にオススメします！

Nice place to stay but have some smoking smell. Room space is more than enough for three persons. Dinner buffet is not recommended but lack of selection in near places.

만족한 선택이었다. 다만 단체관광객들 사이에서 식당이나 노천탕은 붐볐고 특히 노천탕은 불결했다. 노천탕을 나와 조용했든 대욕탕은 좋았음. 부페식당은 음식은 먹을만 했는데 역시 일본 국내 단체관광객 때문에 먹기 힘들 정도로 특정 시간대에 사람이 몰려 힘들었다 ㅠㅠ 객실은 그냥 평범한 다다미방 이었고 깨끗하게 관리됨
