If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. This was one of my favourite hotels by far and we wish we stayed there longer. Huge room with a great view facing Furano town, and the onsite onsen was great. Shuttle bus to the lift was very convenient and the lobby and complimentary drinks/snacks and laundry was great. The only improvements are that the kitchenette could be better equipped (eg with dish soap/tea towel) and better cleaned, and the pillow was not very comfortable.

We stayed 2 years ago & loved Hitohana so decided to stay again this year for 9 nights. This year equally as good if not better than previous stay... what made it even better were the staff who remembered us from 2 years ago. Lovely large room, comfy beds with kitchenette which was great if we decided to just eat in. Breakfast has great selection of food including locally sourced ingredients. Dinner menu also good with range of choices. Overall the hotel has great staff, quality amenities without being ostentatious, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. Highly recommend.
