I loved the pool, wish there were 2!!! The wait staff were awesome at the pool, where most of my time was spent. Food was great, and room was beautiful. Bathroom was a little small, but the view made up for it. The bus boy/man was the best, gave us so many good tips

Window was cracked and didnt close completely. No bed sheets for pull out bed. I called the front desk and after 30 minutes of waiting had to track someone down. Hotel lost power and one of the elevators went down. People smoking weed in the hotel. Ended my stay one day early as a result.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The hotel had interesting exhibits on Asbury Park history. The second floor was unique. The room was clean and fit our needs. I did not like the charge for the parking. We used the street. I did not like the charge for early check in. I loved the location

Steer clear

This expensive hotel is sadly run down. The curtains were full of holes, the service poor - no coffee, not enough blankets, loud air conditioning, musty smell. The beach was not visible from our room overlooking a parking lot with loud partyers below. Steer clear of this overpriced place unless you want to party loudly in a location that was once quite beautiful but is now in disarray.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to everything. However, the hotel is a bit dated and a few things were not working in our room. The cafe in the morning needs to open earlier for a quick breakfast.
