Comfortable villa with private swimming pool at a few steps from the blue sea of Cilento and with an exclusive view on the majestic Velia tower. The big garden with private swimming pool and outdoor dining area guarantees the true Italian holiday in contact with nature with all exclusive services of an independent villa. The large garden, of about 1000 square metres, allows guests to all services from playground to pic-nic areas for fantastic cocktails at the sunset and dinners in a total relax. The outside has a private smimming pool with solarium, relax area, lunch area with barbecue and private parking. The villa of about 100 square metres consists of two double-rooms, a comfortable living room with TV and double sofa-bed, table and chairs for six guests and fursnished kitchen, a full-optional bathroom with bath, laudry and a pretty patio in the hall. The house is at about 2 minutes on foot from the sandy beaches from The Blue Flag sea of Ascea Marina and 5 minutes from Archeological Park of Elea Velia. In the surroundings thre are a pastry, a sandwich bar, a pizzeria, some snack bars and a playground for children.
