Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am Fuße der Kampenwand und ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von Ende Mai bis Mitte Oktober besteht, eine Busverbindung, nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und der Gaststätte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut. Im Kellergeschoss: Abstellraum und Trockenraum/Skiraum, Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Spielecke und Sitzgelegenheiten. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gaststätte mit Biergarten im gleichen Haus auf der Rückseite.
Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit großem überdachten Balkon, herrlicher Blick in die Natur. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer einmal mit Doppelbett und einmal mit Stockbett und einem Einzelbett. Wohnzimmer mit Boxspring-Sofa, SAT-TV, W-LAN, extra Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und 4-Platten-Herd, Badezimmer mit Dusch-/Badewanne und WC. Liegewiese am Haus für alle nutzbar.
Auf Anfrage kann noch ein Babybett aufgestellt werden.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügig von den Räumen, sehr sauber sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist zudem top, sehr ruhig und mit Blick auf die Kühe, die rundherum auf den Weiden stehen. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Schöner Urlaub in den Alpen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Traumhaft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedoch ist ein unangenehmer Geruch, wenn man auf dem Balkon ist. Ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung war für uns (2 Erw., 2 Kinder, 1 kl. Hund) von der Größer her perfekt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. Praktisch sind die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer, so dass im Wohnzimmer niemand schlafen musste. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Man kann zu Fuß direkt von der Wohnung aus Wanderungen starten. Im gleichen Gebäude gibt es eine Gaststube. Einige hundert Meter entfernt gibt es ein weiteres Restaurant (Seiser Hof). Dort gab es noch mehr Abwechslung auf der Karte (insbesondere auch für die Kinder).

Ideal für Wanderfreunde

Schöne Wohnung und sauber. Viel Platz. Direkter Startpunkt für Wanderungen zur Kampwand. Tolles Gasthaus im Erdgeschoss mit leckerem Essen zu guten Preisen. Einzig die Schräge im Bad stört etwas beim Duschen und am Waschbecken.
