Feine Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Rand und dennoch zentral der Stadt Ascona. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch die Promenade und das Strandbad sind in 5 - 10 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar.

Gut gelegen, Lido, Piazza und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles im Umkreis von 5 - 10 Minuten. Das Apartment ist nicht mehr das jüngste, doch absolut zweckmässig und aufeinander abgestimmt. Super nette Besitzerin und nettes Personal. Da Geschirrspühlmaschine ausgestiegen war, wurde mir die Parkgebühr und der Aufpreis für den Hund erlassen. Danke!

Zentral gelegen, leider sehr "abgewohnt"

Zentrale Lager der Wohnung ist sicherlich ein grosser Pluspunkt. Aussicht ist auch recht gut. Allerdings ist es sehr schade, dass nicht mal ein geringer Aufwand getätigt wird, um den Parkettboden ansehlich herzustellen. Bei vielen Möbeln blättert der Lack ab, die Wände sind sehr abgenützt. Die Küche war nicht sauber geputzt; die letzte Nespresso-Kapsel befand sich noch in der Kaffee-Maschine. Die Küchenausstattung selbst ist gut, recht pragmatisch. Zum Kochen fehlten allerdings Kochlöffel.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Es war gemütlich und auch ruhig. In den Ortskern von Ascona ist es zu Fuss nicht weit. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch sehr nahe. Unbürokratische Uebernahme und Abgabe der Ferienwohnung.
