room was very clean. Gave us free toiletries. Staff is tops, just like the maid staff is super on top of things and friendly, willing to help out more in any way. Good free breakfast. We stay at this Best Western every time we stay in Ashville N.C. and have been happy every time. Only things I would change is the way the bathroom doors open up and the placement of toilet paper rollers. But if that's the worst of it, you're doing A ok. Thank you and you WILL see us again.
