Wonderful, as always!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is always clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is excellent. Today they served fluffy scrambled eggs, link sausages, biscuits, and gravy. Cereals, grits, toast, bagels, yogurt, and make-your-own mini waffles were also available. This is our go-to hotel when we visit the Asheville area. We will be back. Thanks to all the staff. Keep up the good work and cheerful, helpful attitudes.

It was a great stay. The staff was great. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair in the shower and in the corners of the tile floor was dirt, debris and a lot of hair. Everything was great but that.

Quick trip

We took my daughter's toy poodle with us on this trip. The staff placed us in a great room close to the dog park with parking right at the door. The dog park was very nice and well maintained. It was quiet, clean, and close to everything that we wanted to do on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The stairwells were nasty outside We ask for a downstairs room because of elderly customers and were put in an upstairs room with no elevators available. We barely made it up the steps to stay.
