The check in was seamless, as was check out (even though we had to leave a day early). The room was clean and everything was in order. The only thing we found disappointing was the breakfast. There was no protein offered (other than dairy ie. eggs and yogurt).

Great value for money. Had an issue shortly after checkin with the person in the room next door with their tv playing really loudly. The hotel staff was quick to resolve the issue, moving me to a quieter room. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, perfect for our weekend trip. The parking lot was a bit small and difficult to navigate with a leg injury and the breakfast was underwhelming, but other than that, it was a great value.

The man at the check in was not welcoming or friendly at all. We felt like we were inconveniencing him. There was no eye contact, and when he spoke, he just muttered. We couldn't wait to leave the front desk to go to our room. He was not at all pleasant. Room was ok but we probably won't stay here again due to the poor reception we received.

Staff was courteous. The room was lacking. The bathroom door is a slider that will not close all the way. Kind of awkward. The light in the vestibule of the room is not working. The room was so hot when we arrived it felt "oven-like" We had to put the air conditioner on. Odd when it's 40 degrees outside..maybe it was location of room, but so hot. The room was clean. The door of the room felt unsecure or loose. It did lock, just a great deal of "play" in it. Felt like our room could've used some repairs. Location was very convenient to Biltmore and also downtown Asheville. Breakfast was ok.

The staff checking us in was less than personable. Then we were placed in a room directly next to a side exit, which smelled like cigarette smoke and was so noisy- who knew so many people come in and out of a hotel between 1 and 3am? Would avoid this hotel in the future.
