Things that were good: Front desk personnel were very accommodating. Answered questions and provided recommendations. Allowed early check in and late checkout. Valet service was very quick and efficient. Things that could improve: In room entertainment options were very limited. In today’s world there should be options to access online apps for streaming. Very low water pressure in shower and no handheld shower head option.

The room was spotless, very tidy, the staff was very nice! My biggest complaint is the AC unit in the room was SO loud, it kept waking us up every time it would switch on. It sounded like a jet was about to take off in our room.

Wonderful room but housekeeping comes “every other day”. Great downtown location. I asked for a sewing kit and finally young woman at the desk gave me one. The first person I asked suggested I buy one. Other than these things I really loved the hotel, great room and views and downtown location.
