Very clean and reasonably priced. Ample parking. I should have requested a handicap room because mine had no handrails or anything else to hold onto in the shower. The room decor is modern with sharp corners, something I've become wary of in my old age. Will stay here again in the future, probably.

Good but pool and elevator out of order

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. The front staff had excellent customer service. I would call before you make your reservation to see if pool is open and elevator is working. Both were out of service during our stay

Prices here are fair, breakfast oncluded which is lovely. The beds are a bit hard and the shower curtain doesnt cover the entire bathtub... all in all its worth it for a short stay but I am knit picky.

This would have been an excellent stay if it weren’t for two major problems. The elevator was not working and had been down for some time and we ( both disabled elderly and one a disabled veteran ) only found out on signing in. In addition, the heat could not be regulated to a stable temperature and had to be adjusted several times during the night.

The staff were so friendly and the lobby is beautiful with wonderfully comfortable seating for reading and socializing with friends by a fireplace. However, I was greatly disappointed upon arriving and learning that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for an indefinite period. I soon did a quick search of its hotel reviews and discovered that others had been complaining of the same thing for weeks, perhaps a month or longer. There was no mention of this when I made my reservation or other notification given after I made my reservation. If I had known, I might have gone somewhere else. The last I checked, the hotels website still showed these were available. Although, I still love their lobby. :-) Todd

The bed was to hard and caused my mother back pain. My mother hadn't been having back pain until sleeping on the bed. It made things difficult in the morning. The staff was friendly.

Split our family uo

Called before and after making reservation to confirm that they had connecting rooms for our family of 8. Was told that they did and that our rooms would be connected. To our surprise, when we arrived we were told that our two rooms were not even on the same floor. Thanks to Jennie at the front desk, who gave up the room she was going to stay in overnight (there was a snowstorm outside), so that our family could be on the same floor. Was told, however, that no manager could be reached. Tried the front desk again in the morning but was told the same thing. Problem was, in their opinion, was that connecting rooms had a king suite connected to a double queen and since we reserved 2 double queens, connecting rooms couldn’t be offered. My problem was that I spoke with the hotel TWICE before arriving. I would’ve paid for the king suite if I was told that. I emailed the magnet and received no response during our stay. Was not offered anything for the inconvenience of not being with our whole family while at the hotel. Was disappointed with how little management seemed to care. Breakfast was hot and a great value. Rooms were clean just didn’t feel valued.
