We are located in Fairview, NC
A convenient 10 mins from Downtown Asheville. About 5 mins to Tunnel Road, and the Asheville mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby on Hendersonville Road or Tunnel Road. For groceries, you can shop at the Ingles or the Whole Foods.

HANDICAP ACCESS
There are 3 small steps up to the front door into the main house, so some assistance will be needed. Once through that door, you are on the main floor where there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 full baths. No stairs are necessary to climb. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

MOUNTAIN HOME BUG DISCLAIMER.
We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. A few might get in during your stay. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. We spray and vacuum but they can still accumulate daily. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.

This VRBO was so perfect for our 3 family accommodation needs. Very clean and floorplan perfect for privacy for each family as well as big space to enjoy time together! We will definitely repeat this VRBO when we get the chance. The host communication was on point with very clear directions.

Overall, the property was quite lovely. Great space, lovely views. Floor plan great for large group. Generally well-equipped kitchen with lots of dishware, glassware cookware, and utensils. Could have used a pitcher (for iced tea). Also a BT speaker in the LR would have been nice for some music. Some noticeable wear and tear in bathrooms. Linens and towels were adequate, though a bit worn. Gravel access through rundown property on Winterview and very steep driveway was an uncomfortable surprise. For the 8 of us (all in our 70’s) it was a good place to gather!

This house was perfect for celebrating my wife's 40th birthday. 4 adult couples fit comfortably having own space/bedrooms and bathrooms. The drive to downtown was extremely easy and the fact that uber was available made it clutch for our group. View of the mountains were fantastic, making morning coffees a must!

Great stay and the house fit our crowd nicely. Its too bad we cant give Camille more than 5 stars, as she went above and beyond in her communications with us. Just a few minor comments that could use attention: the kitchen could have used some mixing bowls. There is a mixer, but no mixing bowls. We ran out of spoons for our crowd of 16. There were very limited sharp knives, and the ones there were not sharp. We had to buy a cheap knife sharpener to try to get them useable. Those were the only minor complaints we had, but were not a nig deal. We would definitely stay again. The drive up to the house was a little sketchy, too.but ,again, not a big deal.the only things we

Hurricane Helene

Our trip was unfortunately cut short because of the hurricane. Huge thank you to the good neighbors that helped us. We were able to get out and thank you to Cam, our host who worked with us! It could've been much worse but for the grace of God! Please pray for all those who are not so lucky!

Wonderful reunion weekend.

The house was clean, spacious and beautiful with lots of windows and nice views. Very convenient to downtown Asheville. Grocery stores and gas stations nearby. The approach to the home is a little tricky, with some steep hills. Neighbors are close so noise could be an issue. Overall a very enjoyable stay!!

Cam is always a great host!

I've stayed at two of Cam's properties and she is always amazing! Communicates quickly and effectively. This location was amazing. A short 10 min drive to downtown. Great views from the living room and back patio. Downstairs pool table is a great place to hang with friends. Essentially, 8 mattresses and two very comfortable couches. Would definitely stay here again!

Family retreat

We used the house as a base camp for all of our activities. We explored downtown Asheville and then took day hikes at Catawba Falls, Chimney Rock, Grandfather Mountain. Swam at Lake Lure. Cooked nice meals at the house. There was lots of room for our whole family and we enjoyed the pool table in the basement. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed eating the fruit growing wild along the driveway.

Asheville Wedding Weekend

The house is very spacious and accommodating for a large group with different family units. The location is great with easy access to most Asheville spots. The view from the back of the house is amazing! We did find the drive onto Winterview a bit different- gravel and easy to miss; then a very steep paved road to the house itself. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive about check-in and check-out times. We did come away with a few suggestions that would make this a repeat rental for sure- While the furnishings are comfortable, they did seem a bit dated. Blinds would be helpful across the back of the house; when the afternoon sun poured in- very bright! Extra hooks or additional towel racks in the bathrooms would have been helpful. A floor length mirror somewhere would have been helpful since we were preparing for a wedding. There is a wood burning stove in the basement and the smell of smoke prevented us from using the bedroom in that area. Overall the house worked well for our number of people.

NYE in Asheville

We had plenty of space for 4 families; 15 people total. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the basement area with pool table while the adults visited upstairs. Lots of great memories made in this beautiful area. Home was very clean and comfortable. Cam was a dream to deal with-great quick responses and accurate description of everything. Under 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and convenient to tubing and skiing as well. Highly recommended!!!

That View!

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful, big, and clean. Perfect for a friends reunion. The location was close to everything - we got to Biltmore and downtown Asheville within 15 minutes. The best part about the house is that view. The fall colors were still hanging on, which was a delight. I would absolutely stay there again.

Would book again

House was perfect with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to get 11 adults dressed for a wedding easily. The road to the house was a bit tricky but the YouTube video provided helped. We did see a black bear walk across the backyard but we were all inside and enjoyed the nature closeup. Thanks for providing the stage for our wonderful weekend!

Perfect for our group of 10

Perfect for our girls trip away but the house would be great for a group with kids too. plenty of spaces to relax and play. the view is gorgeous and the sun deck and back yard are lovely. we had a little issue with the door lock and the response from camille was so prompt we didn't have to worry about it at all. easy drive to downtown asheville and biltmore.

Good space for a group

Guys trip to Asheville for fishing and a night out downtown. House had plenty of room for us and we enjoyed playing pool and grilling out with a great view out back. The street is isolated so Uber was not easy. But everything else was as expected.

We had a group of 6 stay. A queen bed for each person and 4 bathrooms! Lots of room! The refrigerator went out during our stay, but thankfully there was another one off the garage and we were able to use that. Camille was in constant communication with me and replaced the one in the kitchen quickly. The back patio was nice and quiet to relax at the end of the day. Lovely flowers planted in the barrels near the patio. Easy to get to where we were going, whether it was downtown Asheville or the Biltmore. We recommend this VRBO.
