Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

This is not a place for a party. NO smoking or vaping of any kind. No tampering with smoke detectors (they are connected to a building-wide system that will result in an alarm and notification to the fire department and property management). No pets allowed. Any of these activities will result in the forfeiture of your stay.

2 people maximum are allowed inside the unit. The property is not child-proof (cabinets, outlets, etc.). If you have a child, you will be responsible for their safety. Limit hallway access to the West side of floors 2 and 3 (for coming and going). Guests may not explore other parts of the building. Park one car in designated space provided. If a car is parked elsewhere on property, it will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. All items left behind will be disposed of for the health and safety of the next guest.

It is recommended that you turn on the exhaust fans when cooking in the unit so as to not set off the smoke detectors. The timer switch that runs the fans is located in the hallway to the right and below the circuit panel. Please close the hallway door when cooking to minimize the possibility of setting off the hallway smoke detector. The timer switch also controls the exhaust fan in the bathroom.
