The owner was extremely nice and easy to deal with but the people who stayed upstairs from us were noisy until 2:00 in the morning. This was very disrupting. Also the tv didn't work in the bedroom so this was also a disadvantage.

Good host! Very communicative and quick to respond. Enjoyed our three night stay. Unit is a walk out basement. Patio is covered by the deck from the units above. Hard to tell in photos, but hot tub area is not private. It is open to the neighborhood with no privacy fence or landscaping. There is a grill, but it is charcoal. Kitchen is ok for preparing small, light meals. Washing machine and dryer worked great. There were LOTS of cats in the neighborhood. I am a cat lover so I didn’t mind. They often lay on the patio furniture. Not good if you’re allergic. The games were fun.

Quick trip to Asheville with friends

We were looking for something in west Asheville with friends for a quick stay. The place was nice. We didn't get to use the hot tub and only got a few minutes to play games, but I loved the coffee selection. The only issues was the listing said both rooms had a king bed and the bedroom off the kitchen is a queen... not that big of deal. And the bathroom sink wasn't draining, but we didn't even bother Mr. Michael with it until after we left. It was the 4th and no one would come anyway until the next day. LOVE the red theme in the kitchen. Great shower. Thank you.
