It was fine. Very clean, but not as nice as I expected based on the strong ratings. The bathroom is comically small (smaller than anything i've ever seen, even in cheap motels), and the beds were not the best either.

Everything was great! I requested 3 rooms on the same floor, it wasn't a guarantee that I would get them, but we did. Staff was very friendly. I loved the outdoor area with the firepits! That was great! The only thing I thought was disappointing was breakfast was not free.

The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were very kind and went the extra mile. The room was sparkling clean, which means a lot to me when I stay somewhere. We ate a dinner and a breakfast at the hotel and they were above average. All in all, we had a very nice weekend.

The room was clean and spacious, but they didn’t have a handicapped accessible room available even though that was what i booked. Handicapped parking was behind the building and not well lighted. I didn’t feel safe parking there. This used to be the Hampton Inn which was a lot nicer with a swimming pool and a continental breakfast. They could not even produce a TV channel list for me. On the bright side, they are close to the farmers market and some pretty good dining options. It is also close to the outlet mall across the street. I also noticed that much of the road construction was finished and traffic wasn’t crazy like it normally is. However, my GPS still gets confused on how to get off on Brevard Road.
