We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay.

The only issue I had was that every time I wanted to use the wifi I had to sign in again. They were trying to sell me a rewards plan and in order to use the wifi I had to reject the offer. Every day! A new low in marketing.
