Just minutes to downtown Asheville this modern cabin has it all. Spread over three stories to allow some privacy, but enjoy the main level for gathering as a group. Spacious kitchen for cooking in. Patio area with lounging area and hot tub. Home is conveniently located close to AVL country club and Grove park Inn golf courses.

The Home isn't really in a specific neighborhood. The house is one of three new construction homes built before the gate of one of Ashevilles best mountain communities.

Parking is very easy there is a steep driveway that can fit two cars at the top and one at the bottom. *Use your parking break*
No smoking of any kind inside the home. Guests may smoke outside.
Pets allowed with pre-paid pet fee.
No parties/events.

Asheville House

Checkin was not a smooth process as the front door wouldn’t open. After calling the third contact listed, they told us to put in the code we’d already tried. After that didn’t work, we got the spare key out of the lockbox and then had to walk down to the lower level to get in. The front door didn’t have batteries in we discovered after getting inside, which felt a little odd and unprepared for guests. The house was clean and definitely had the vibe of a party house. Lots of patched holes, scratches on the wall, etc. The fire pit outside didn’t work either which was unfortunate. After telling the owner that, they didn’t offer anything in return, they just said “we will fix it.” The beds were average comfortability. Nice large kitchen, bedrooms were spacious. The sleeper sofa is not comfy at all so I wouldn’t count on that as a sleeping spot. The hot tub was nice, but lots of folks had skin irritation and it discolored some of clothes that we had on. If you’re looking for an affordable place with plenty of space this is it. If you’re looking for high comfort and a “nicer” space, I’d pass.

A gem

Had an amazing time at Lisa's beautifully quiet, out-of-the-way but conveniently located property. The house is a gem and our entire group genuinely loved both the setup and the comfort the property provided. Lisa was a fantastic host and communicating with her was a breeze.
