The property is very nice. Appears to have been a recent remodel of the entire house. There is plenty of space for the family. Parking can accommodate 4+ vehicles with 2 covered spots. There is a huge den with a large screen TV and surround sound. Plenty of seating for about 10 people. Large outdoor area with grill and seating for everyone. The house is in a neighborhood a little ways from Broadway. But is not a bad transit to Broadway. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood except when the train comes through about a block away. Not that loud, but noticeable in front of house. Overall, this is a perfect property for a large family on vacation to Nashville. Really no complaints.

It’s not dog pee

We visited this Quality Inn in Asheville from Chattanooga to support local businesses after the floods, and we brought our dog along for the trip. Overall, we had a good time exploring the area. The room was perfectly adequate—nothing to write home about, but it met our needs. However, the continental breakfast was disappointing, probably the worst I’ve had at a hotel of this caliber. I’ve stayed at other Quality Inns and had a much better experience with the food. The real issue came after we checked out. We were charged a $250 fee for pet urine on the bed. This caught me completely off guard. Our dog never sleeps in the bed—he actually prefers his kennel, where he stays when we’re not in the room. The hotel claimed there was a bright fluorescent stain on the sheets, and as soon as I heard that, I knew exactly what it was. I have a medical condition, and unfortunately, what they saw was stomach bile—not pet urine. I understand how it could have been mistaken, but I immediately tried to reach out to the hotel to explain although it’s embarrassing. Despite multiple attempts, no manager has returned my calls, and when I contacted corporate, I was told they couldn’t help because this location is a franchise. The lack of accountability and communication has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve always tried to support Choice Hotels, but after this experience, I’ll likely avoid Quality Inn properties altogether. I just hope others have a smoother stay than we did.

Great stay with a catch

The overall stay and interactions with staff was great. Better than most. Which says a lot, nowadays especially. That being said, the only thing I can think of to potentially improve or change was an issue with my proof of identification. Apparently there is an issue locally het ein Asheville, NC where if you have a local ID with a local address. You are denied the room based on this. Even if you use an app to book the room. I ran into this situation when I showed my ID to check-in. I was in from Charlotte (which I now live) to play a show I was booked for When I showed them my ID. They explained they COULDN'T give me the room or access to it. I had to use my travel partners ID from Charlotte to get the room. Thankfully the issue was resolved. Still didn't sit well with me.

Affordable, Clean and Comfortable!!

Just needed a room for the night, I was in town for a seminar but the hotel where the seminar was taking place was booked out. The price of this hotel was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, I slept really good that night! Overall my experience was Great, I would stay there again if I needed to. Thanks!!

Nice stay for the price

Nice renovated an clean room. It looks like a motel renovated so no elevators as indicated in the hotel description. It does not provide much privacy as people walking by your room can see you and vice versa. Also, not well isolated as we could hear people talking outside. However, nice staff and a good place for the price.

The front desk was very accommodating with our need for a room close to handicap parking. I forgot my overnight bag and he was very helpful with supplies. Breakfast was nice and pleasant. Cons: A few small roaches, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We will come again. Thank you

Homeless for two nights

I was unable to check in. The hotel did not have a means to accept the payment methods I had available. I was forced to abandon my reservation and sleep in my car for the two nights I was supposed to stay.
