This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Asheville! The check in was easy! My room was perfectly clean and smelled amazing. I did not have any issues with anything at all!

We liked the cleanliness, and clean and good bathroom. Dort was so old and damaged that we struggled to open/close everytime needed. Small fridge was available in the room, we put our foods in it without realizing it was not working that we found in the morning.

Above expectation!

Exceeded expectation considering price I paid. Only complaint is no hot food for breakfast. The staff cleaned the room everyday and replenished all used items including fresh towels and wash clothes everyday with having to ask. Kudos to them!

We were very surprised by the state of this hotel. We just needed a stopover to break up a long trip home and had very low expectations. This hotel is very well maintained and clean. Seems like someone has put a lot of money into this old place to make it pleasant, and it works!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Nasty filthy disgusting

This was one of the filthiest hotel rooms I've stayed in for a very long time. The floors were caked with mud and stink. The room had appeared to be wiped down nicely but it stanks so bad. I had to get a new room. The new room was almost equally as bad. But tolerable. I would not recommend staying here
