The living room is furnished with comfy couch, and large, comfy chairs. Situated minutes from downtown, guests can enjoy a multitude of fabulous restaurants, breweries, and fabulous shopping.

Spend the day away, enjoying one of the many trails our beautiful mountains has to offer. If you are here in the summertime, spend a lazy day floating the French Broad River.

If you like beer....... well, you are in the right place. IPA's, stouts, sours, wit, ginger brews. You name it, we've got it. Ciders and distilleries are becoming increasingly popular.

It was like home away from home with all the amenities and comforts of home, would definitely book this property again

The property was adequate but some items not working made it a lukewarm experience

The stove had a burner not working which meant meals were delayed and not hot. Washing machine also not working so no place to do laundry meaning we had to locate and use a laundromat in the area - not pleasant.

Very Very Nice, beautiful lot, very clean and roomy!

This is house is very good rental for a family of 4 or less. The lot is beautiful!!!!!!! The house was very clean and well equipped. Close to Asheville and lots to do!!!!!! Very large roomy kitchen and dining combo makes it great for family gathering times. Would stay there again.

The property was comfortable. There was no ironing board, which we needed because we were attending a wedding and needed to iron our clothes. The fan in the master bedroom needs fixing.

Excellent experience!

We were a group of two couples and a toddler. This place was wonderful! Far enough from downtown to be spacious while still affordable but still a 10-20 minute drive to downtown. It’s clean and well priced and we would absolutely stay here again.

Vacation home wonderland

Wow. That's all I can say. We had such a blast at this property. It was well kept, the beds were the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on. We loved spending our mornings drinking coffee on the porch. For an Asheville getaway this was the most perfect location. Again we absolutely loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone.
